1. Services
Forget Me Not Events provides event planning and décor services, including but not limited to:
• Event design, planning, and coordination.
• Custom décor setups and rentals.
• Vendor recommendations and management.
All services are subject to availability and require a signed contract or service agreement for bookings.
2. Booking & Payment
• A deposit is required to secure your booking, with the remaining balance due 14 days before the event.
• Failure to make timely payments may result in cancellation or rescheduling of services.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
• Cancellations must be made in writing via email at info@fmnevents.com.
• Deposits are non-refundable, except in cases where Forget Me Not Events cancels the service.
• Refunds (if applicable) are subject to our cancellation policy, detailed in individual service agreements.
• Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur additional fees.
4. Event Changes & Liability
• Clients must provide accurate event details (date, time, location, and special requests).
• Any last-minute changes may not be guaranteed and may be subject to additional charges.
• We are not responsible for delays or cancellations due to force majeure events (e.g., weather, venue closures, emergencies).
• We are not liable for any personal injuries, property damage, or third-party actions during the event.
5. Photography & Promotional Use
• We may take photos or videos at events for marketing and promotional purposes.
• If you do not wish for your event to be featured, please inform us in writing before the event.
• Any media shared with us (e.g., client event photos) may be used in our portfolio unless stated otherwise.
6. Website Use & Intellectual Property
• All content on this website (text, images, logos, and designs) is owned by Forget Me Not Events and may not be copied, modified, or used without written permission.
• Users may view, share, or link to our website for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
7. Third-Party Links & Services
Our website may contain links to third-party websites (e.g., vendors, venues). We are not responsible for their content, privacy policies, or services. Please review their terms before engaging with them.
